Jack Carr was an animator at Walter Lantz and at Schlesinger's in the '30's (where he also provided the voice for Buddy.) He has a fairly large filmography as a character actor and bit player ("'No-Neck'Griswold," "Husky Man at Mincemeat Contest".)
